Fire Fighter Exam (New Hire)

This is an NFPA 1582 physical exam for firefighters. It includes a comprehensive medical exam, work and medical history review, EKG and treadmill stress test, chest x-ray, pulmonary function test, OSHA respirator questionnaire, and any blood work as deemed necessary by the physician.

This exam satisfies OAR Rule Rule 437-002-0182(5)(a).
