Our Tualatin location also has an adjacent Physical Therapy office where our Physical Therapist and Physicians work closely together to provide the best care. We strive to provide excellent care to our patients and great service to their employers. We partner with employers to keep employees well and return them to wellness when injuries or illness occur.

About the Job
We are a locally owned occupational medicine clinic with locations in Tualatin and Hillsboro. As we grow our Physical Therapy business you will be a part time practitioner for our Tualatin Location. This job opportunity includes excellent benefits, supportive and friendly team, ease of communication with referring occupational medicine providers, possibilities for education and advancement as the company grows.
Our clinic provides outpatient Physical Therapy, primarily for work related injuries; therefore focusing on acute orthopedic injuries with motivated patients. We also partner with employers to provide preventative recommendations such as post-job offer assessments, body mechanics and stretch & flex training programs. Our Therapist works independently providing all of the patient’s treatment in hourly appointments, allowing the therapist to evaluate and treat the patient each visit. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who has great clinical skills and the ability to partner with patients in their healing, helping to motivate them to take ownership in their recovery.
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist License.
- Excellent outpatient acute injury care experience.
- Two or more years of outpatient experience is preferred.
- Experience motivating patients and helping them to take ownership in their recovery and health.
- Enjoys being part of a small business.
- Motivated to create and maintain positive relationships with referral resources inside and outside of our organization.
- Interested in partnering with local employers to provide preventative programs such as stretching and body mechanics programs.
- Enjoys working independently.

We are a full-service Occupational Medicine Clinic that partners with local employers to keep their employees healthy and return them to wellness when injury or illness occurs. In addition to injury-related care, we provide a wide variety of other work-related, medical and screening services.
We are currently seeking a full-time Physician (MD or DO) to join our practice in Tualatin, Oregon.
- A standard workweek, 8a-5p Monday thru Friday.

Oregon Occupational Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work alongside our team of experienced Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care and rehabilitation services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities aimed at improving strength, mobility, and function.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and techniques for injury prevention.
- Administer therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide updates on progress.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient treatment and progress.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of treatment areas and equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education to improve skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards for patient care and confidentiality.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records.
- CPR certification.
